Mohawk Trail Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They took  an  8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mount Greylock Regional Mounties. The Warriors were not able to make up for their  loss to the Mounties from their previous meeting  back in May of 2024.
Mohawk Trail Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Mount Greylock Regional, their win  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 3-9.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mohawk Trail Regional will face off against Northampton at 4:45  p.m.  on Monday. As for Mount Greylock Regional, they will head out to  challenge Hoosac Valley  at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday.
