Red Rock Central's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaac Simonson, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. Simonson is crushing the rebound category: he's posted at least ten every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Corey Arkell, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.
Southwest Minnesota Christian is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for Red Rock Central, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-14.
