Emerson had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday.  Emerson got a  massive  performance out of  Ellie Thurman, who  went 3-for-4 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  double. Another player making a difference was  Gianna Lipsky, who  went 2-for-4 with five  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
Emerson's record now sits at 13-6. As for Frisco,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 6-12-1.
