On Friday Mack Hopper tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort marked the fewest hits Hopper has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than two walks. This year, he has an ERA of 5.09 over 11 innings pitched.

Looking ahead, Hopper and The Webb School will face off against Davidson Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Feet haven't beaten the Bears recently, having gone 0-6 since April of 2015.
