Sharon dropped their record down to 10-4 on Saturday, which also ended the team's four-game streak of wins at home. They fell just short of the Slippery Rock Rockets by a score of 8-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rockets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in April.

On Slippery Rock's side, Bryce Covert made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits.
