Franklin is 5-0 against the Goats since November of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Tuesday. The Franklin Lions will head out on the road to  square off against  the Groesbeck Goats at 6:30  p.m. Franklin is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
 Franklin put the finishing touches on their 16th blowout victory of the season  on Tuesday. They blew past Teague 61-22 on the road. Given Franklin's advantage  in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings  (they are ranked 246th, while the Lions are ranked 511th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Meanwhile, Groesbeck was the victim of a  tough 53-33 loss at the hands of the Panthers  on Friday. Groesbeck has now  taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
 Franklin has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight games,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. As for Groesbeck, their loss dropped their record down to 13-12.
 Everything came up roses for Franklin against the Goats when the teams last played  back in January as the  squad secured a  67-16 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Franklin since the  team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
