The Bonita Springs Bullsharks can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Oasis 43-3 at home. The team accrued 31 points in the first half and coasted on those for the win.
Bonita Springs found their leader in underclassman Karli Kalsow, who scored 10 points. Kyleigh Weick was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Bonita Springs' victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Oasis, they bumped their record down to 0-3-1 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
Bonita Springs will be playing in front of their home fans against Estero at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Estero presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Bonita Springs in Florida (Estero is ranked 170th, while Bonita Springs is ranked 435th). As for Oasis, they will head out on the road to face off against Donahue Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
