The Central Davidson Spartans won the last time they faced the Trinity Bulldogs, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Central Davidson breezed by Trinity on the road to the tune of 55-13. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 40-2.
Central Davidson's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Raegan McCarn, who scored 12 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carlee Shoaf, who scored 10 points.
The victory got Central Davidson back to even at 1-1. As for Trinity, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central Davidson will take on West Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Trinity won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Jordan-Matthews at 6:00 p.m. on November 29th.
