The Voyager Vikings can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent match on Tuesday. They breezed by Eno River on the road to the tune of 67-38. Winning may never get old, but Voyager sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Voyager's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was David McMillon, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Will Cameron, who scored 11 points.
Voyager pushed their record up to 13-8 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 34.33 points. As for Eno River, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.
Voyager on the road again on Friday and play against Vance Charter at 6:30 p.m. on January 26th. As for Eno River, Eno River and Roxboro Community will face off at 7:30 p.m. on January 25th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in North Carolina (Roxboro Community is ranked 644th, while Eno River is ranked 633rd).
