Whitehall waltzed into their game on Wednesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Northampton Konkrete Kids 9-0. The result was nothing new for the Zephyrs, who have now won three matchups by nine runs or more so far this season.

Whitehall always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .528. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Northampton only posted an OBP of .250.
Whitehall's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Northampton, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Looking ahead, Whitehall will challenge Pocono Mountain East at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Northampton, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 12-7 defeat against Stroudsburg on the 17th.
