Baseball Game Preview: Clover Park Timberwolves vs. Steilacoom Sentinels

For the second straight game, Clover Park will face off against Steilacoom. The Timberwolves will welcome the Sentinels at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Clover Park is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Steilacoom just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sentinels.

Steilacoom has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.5 runs on average over those games. As for Clover Park, their loss dropped their record down to 9-8.
