Henderson extended the longest winning streak in Ches-Mont - National this week by beating East, 36-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Warriors.
Bishop Shanahan took down Avon Grove 57-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Henderson's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. James Bady threw for 54 yards and Phil Mitten had 54 yards receiving. On the ground Garrett Girafalco chipped in 134 yards.
Downingtown East's Kyle Lauletta and Chris Beals have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Lauletta has thrown for 871 yards this season, while Beals has 22 catches for 408 yards. Steve Mitten's team's Girafalco leads the league in rushing yards with 351.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Warriors take on the Eagles. As it stands, Henderson is in first, while Bishop Shanahan is in fourth.
Paul Meyers's team led Ches-Mont - National in scoring this week after putting up 57 points on the Red Devils.
