 Despite the  defeat, Placer had strong showings from  Danny Sanchez-Harlow, who rushed for 188 yards while picking up 11.1 yards per carry, and  Keilin Beverage, who picked up 84 receiving yards and one  score.  Roseville got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Kenny McClure out in front who rushed for 154 yards and one  TD on only eight carries. McClure's longest rush was for an impressive 69 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.  D'marcis Gresham also helped out as he racked up 133 rushing yards.
Placer's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Roseville, their victory was  their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 8-2.
