Catholic Central took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Edison Wildcats. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 8-0.

Looking ahead, Catholic Central is headed away from home for the first time to square off against John Marshall at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Edison, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Harrison Central at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
