Hogan Denny threw for 82 yards on ten of 31 attempts. Kaden Bruhn was his top target, picking up 26 receiving yards. On the ground, Landon Clements rushed for 82 yards.
Grayson Thomas went supernova for New Palestine, rushing for 137 yards and five touchdowns. Thomas is on a roll when it comes to rushing yards, as he's now rushed for 100 or more in the last 12 games he's played. Malachi Haines was another key contributor, rushing for 60 yards and a touchdown.
Mooresville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for New Palestine, their win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-2.
Mooresville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. New Palestine will head out on the road to face off against East Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in East Central's favor is that they have now posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season.
