You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Celina's strategy against Lake Dallas on Thursday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Bobcats blew the Falcons out of the water with a 48-7 final score. Considering the Bobcats have won eight contests by more than 21 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Bowe Bentley had a dynamite game, throwing for 147 yards and five touchdowns on only 12 passes. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (148.3).

Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Celina proved: they limited Lake Dallas to a paltry 0.3 yards per carry. The Bobcats' ground attack was stronger, having averaged 2.5.

Celina's win bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Lake Dallas, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Coming up, Celina will venture away from home to challenge Pinkston at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bobcats will need to watch out since the Vikings have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games. Lake Dallas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
