The Faith Christian Eagles just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the South Guilford HomeSchool Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on February 6th. Faith Christian is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games.
On Monday, Faith Christian earned a 43-34 victory over the Vikings.
Meanwhile, South Guilford HomeSchool came up short against the Sabres on Monday and fell 57-50.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Kourtney Bullins, who scored 21 points. Another player making a difference was Kassidy Bullins, who scored 16 points.
Faith Christian's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3. As for South Guilford HomeSchool, their loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 23-7.
Faith Christian came up short against the Cougars in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 47-38. Can Faith Christian avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
