Northeast Metro RVT's defeat came about despite a quality game from Bobby Connolly, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Connolly has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Kerry Jean, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, Nashoba Valley Tech came up short against Notre Dame Cristo Rey on Saturday and fell 61-53. Nashoba Valley Tech has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Northeast Metro RVT's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 3-8. As for Nashoba Valley Tech, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5.
