If Bradford Prep wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Pine Lake Prep, they should've done a better job of containing Joseph Bruce. The Pine Lake Prep Pride walked away with a 63-54 victory over the Bradford Prep Bears on Monday which was due in part to Bruce, who went 11-for-18 en route to 28 points and three steals. What's more, he also posted a 61% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024.

Bradford Prep lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kaden Bradley, who shot 42% from the field on his way to 13 points. Isaiah Poston was another key player, going 5-for-9 to rack up 11 points and five boards.

Pine Lake Prep's win bumped their record up to 18-7. As for Bradford Prep, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Pine Lake Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 54-32 victory against Lincoln Charter on the 18th. As for Bradford Prep, they have also already played their next contest, a 68-55 win against Robbinsville on the 25th.
