When it comes to explaining why Fox Chapel lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jefferson Moorefield-Brown. Despite the final result, he scored 13 points along with five rebounds and four steals. The game was Moorefield-Brown's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ike Moser, who scored four points.
Moon Area's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Fox Chapel, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
