Miami Valley Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Casey Heap, who scored ten points along with two steals. Henry Patterson was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with eight rebounds.
Even though they lost, Miami Valley Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Miami Valley Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-5. As for Bethel-Tate, they pushed their record up to 7-6 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Miami Valley Christian Academy will take on Norwood at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Norwood is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak. As for Bethel-Tate, they will head out on the road to take on Williamsburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
