Quartz Hill is a perfect 10-0 against Littlerock since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Royals will welcome the Lobos at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Quartz Hill has three straight wins, Littlerock has four straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

Quartz Hill's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brody Larey led the charge by throwing for 71 yards and three touchdowns on only six passes, while also rushing for 43 yards. Larey is becoming a predictor of the Royals' success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 2-4 when he doesn't). Another back making a difference was Tayveon Houston, who rushed for 73 yards and one score.
Wins are hard to come by when you can't run the rock, something Quartz Hill proved: they limited Antelope Valley to a paltry 1.6 yards per carry. The Royals didn't have any issues in that department, having averaged 11.3.
Quartz Hill didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Maximus Echanique, Brycen Herrera, Javontai Wisdom, and Noah Moton picked up one apiece.
Meanwhile, Littlerock came up short against Knight on Friday and fell 26-14.
Quartz Hill will have to contain Kenneth Olson as he made an impact in Littlerock's last game. He rushed for 130 yards and a pair of TDs, and also picked up 41 receiving yards.
Quartz Hill now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Littlerock, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
Everything came up roses for Quartz Hill against Littlerock when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 53-6 win. In that contest, the Royals amassed a halftime lead of 43-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
