Manteca not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 24, 2024 (when they won 39-12). They blew past the Escalon Cougars 27-0. For the Buffaloes, this counts as revenge for the 32-26 victory the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Manteca found their leader in sophomore Graciela Torres, who rushed for 76 yards on only eight carries, and also threw for 85 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Keira McCulley made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

The win got Manteca back to even at 2-2. As for Escalon, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Manteca wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 33-0 defeat against Atwater on the 3rd. As for Escalon, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-0 victory against Beyer on the 3rd.
