Meanwhile, Pioneer entered their tilt with St. Helena last Saturday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by an 8-2 margin over the Saints.
Jia Beebe spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on three hits. Those hits marked the first that she allowed this season.
