Peniel Baptist Academy hadn't done well against St. Johns Country Day recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Warriors put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 11-1 win. The Warriors might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 matches by six runs or more this season.

Alexis Peacock was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Peacock was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Allison Peacock was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season. Traelyn Baker was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2.

Peniel Baptist Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .429. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .323 or higher in five consecutive contests.
