The Hillsborough Raiders can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 57-47 win over The Pingry School. That's another feather in the cap for Hillsborough, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Philip Unangst was his usual excellent self, scoring 23 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Jayden Green was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Hillsborough's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for The Pingry School, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hillsborough will challenge the Argonauts at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for The Pingry School, they will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. North Hunterdon will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps New Jersey Rankings (they are ranked 162nd, while the Big Blue are ranked 29th).
