The Ben Lomond Scots won the last time they faced the Logan Grizzlies, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Ben Lomond blew past Logan 50-16 at home. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 29-7.
Jazzy Tinajero continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 13 points and 10 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Ben Lomond's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ivy Gallegos, who scored 10 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Ben Lomond and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for Logan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.
Ben Lomond will look to defend their home court on Friday against Bear River at 7:00 p.m. As for Logan, they will square off against Layton Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
