The Towson Generals gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They blew past Patapsco 52-24 at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Towson also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2016.
When it comes to explaining why Patapsco lost, one person who can't be blamed is Alivia White. Despite the final result, she scored 5 points along with 6 rebounds and 3 steals.
Towson's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Patapsco, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Towson will head out on the road to face off against Eastern Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Patapsco, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Franklin at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
