The Rockford East E-Rabs scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Wednesday. They came out on top against Hononegah by a score of 65-52. That 13 point margin sets a new team best for Rockford East this season.
Rockford East's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Sterling Hoarde led the charge by almost dropping a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tarion Mcfadden-leach, who scored 18 points along with four steals.
Rockford East's victory bumped their record up to 6-20. As for Hononegah, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.
