The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Aces recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Ayersville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past Paulding 10-0 on Tuesday. Considering the Pilots have won three contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Ayersville's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-4. As for Wayne Trace, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Wayne Trace was able to grind out a solid victory over Ayersville when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 8-5. Will the Raiders repeat their success, or do the Pilots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
