Chalker is a perfect 10-0 against Windham since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Wildcats will challenge the Bombers at 5:00 p.m. Chalker is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.6 runs per game this season.
Chalker fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Poland Seminary on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Tatum Hudak spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six earned (and one unearned) runs on nine hits and racked up ten Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than eight strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Abby Grimm made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Katelyn Cook, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.
Meanwhile, Windham posted their closest win since March 30th on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Lordstown 3-1. The Bombers haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Kierrah Sanders was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Skylar Bailey, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI.
Chalker suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 5-4. As for Windham, their victory bumped their record up to 6-7.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Monday as neither team is afraid to steal. Chalker has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Windham struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.6 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Chalker's way against Windham when the teams last played on Tuesday, as Chalker made off with a 7-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
