Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Spectrum). Everything went their way against the North Lakes Academy Huskies on Saturday as they made off with an 18-6 victory. The Sting haven't had any issues with the Huskies recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Spectrum's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for North Lakes Academy, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Spectrum wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 4-1 defeat against Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg on the 17th. As for North Lakes Academy, they will face off against St. Paul Academy-Summit at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Spartans have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
