Jacksboro is a perfect 10-0 against City View since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Tigers will be playing at home against the Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. Jacksboro is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

It was a proper cat-fight when Jacksboro challenged Henrietta on Friday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Bearcats with a sharp 18-2 win. That's two games straight that the Tigers have won by exactly 16 runs.

Jacksboro let Emory Inman and Lainee Sams run wild. Inman went 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, three runs, and three RBI, while Sams went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI Inman has posted since back in May of 2025. Brooke Reaves was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Jacksboro kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 10-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Meanwhile, City View was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against Bowie, falling 16-3.

Jacksboro has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-12 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for City View, they now have a losing record of 12-13.

Everything went Jacksboro's way against City View in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, as Jacksboro made off with a 20-1 win. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Mustangs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
