Trenton is 1-9 against Allen Park since May of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Trojans will be playing at home against the Jaguars at 4:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Allen Park will square off against a team with plenty of momentum: Trenton extended their winning streak to six on Monday. The Trojans were the clear victors by a 14-4 margin over Anderson.

Trenton let Olivia Soens and Kara Fedea run wild. Soens went a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs, while Fedea went 3-for-5 with one home run, four runs, and two RBI. Those four runs gave Fedea a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Alencia Mace, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, two RBI, and one double.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Trenton kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least nine hits in six consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Allen Park made easy work of Roosevelt on Monday and carried off a 12-4 win. Winning may never get old, but the Jaguars sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Melody Filipiak was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off five hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-5 with one home run.
In other batting news, Mak Sitarski and Mallory Hool did most of the damage at the plate: Sitarski went a perfect 4-for-4 with five runs, two stolen bases, and two doubles, while Hool went 4-for-5 with five RBI, three doubles, and two runs. Sitarski is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played. Kiley Carr was another key player, going 3-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and one stolen base.
Trenton pushed their record up to 12-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Allen Park, their victory bumped their record up to 17-4.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Trenton hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .363. However, it's not like Allen Park struggles in that department as they've averaged .436. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
