Tuscola came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against Madison, but Gavin Gault wouldn't allow it. The Patriots blew past the Mountaineers 73-45 on Tuesday thanks in part to Gault, who went 10-for-17 to rack up 32 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. The game was his sixth in a row with at least 18 points.

Despite the loss, Tuscola still got an impressive performance from Jett Bartley, who posted eight points along with five rebounds and three blocks. Another player making a difference was Hayden Setser, who put up five points and five boards.

Madison's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2.

Madison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, an 86-69 loss against Enka on the 21st. As for Tuscola, they have also already played their next matchup, a 58-54 defeat against Owen on the 21st.
