MacArthur dropped down to 26-13 on Tuesday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost  3-0 to the South San Antonio Bobcats. The Brahmas were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bobcats earlier this season, when they won  3-1.
 Ella McCoy paced MacArthur's offense, picking up seven kills. McCoy really made an impact as  she also led the team in assists with 11. Finally,  Grace Lutz kept MacArthur's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
As for South San Antonio, the  victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-17. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  win they have posted  against MacArthur since September 11, 2018.
 South San Antonio was led to victory by  Alyssa Ramirez and  Isabela Sanford.  Ramirez  had 21  digs and ten  assists, while  Sanford  had 14 assists and seven  digs. That's the most  assists  Ramirez has posted since back in August.
