Geraldine got themselves on the board against Section on Tuesday, but Section never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over the Lions. Considering the Bulldogs have won nine games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Geraldine pushed their record up to 15-13 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.2 runs over those games. As for Section, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.

Coming up, Geraldine will be taking part in a tournament against Plainview at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Section, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Pisgah at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
