Medina Valley won the last time they faced Laredo LBJ and things went their way on Friday too. The Medina Valley Panthers were the clear victor by a 54-31 margin over the Laredo LBJ Wolves. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

Medina Valley found their leader in sophomore Kyla Carter, who posted 11 points along with eight steals and seven boards. Trinity Dixon was another key player, putting up 13 points.

Medina Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 16 offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.

Medina Valley's victory bumped their record up to 16-14. As for Laredo LBJ, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-20 record this season.
