Southeast Polk kept a clean sheet against Mason City on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Mohawks with a sharp 4-0 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Southeast Polk's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Southeast Polk pushed their record up to 9-8-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those three games. As for Mason City, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-9-2.
