Kenwood and Dundalk are an even 4-4 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. The Kenwood Bluebirds will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against the Dundalk Owls at 5:30 p.m. Kenwood knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight matchups -- so hopefully Dundalk likes a good challenge.
Even though Randallstown scored an imposing 59 points on Friday, Kenwood still came out on top. Kenwood snuck past Randallstown with a 65-59 victory.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Kenwood to victory, but perhaps none more so than Neo Feehan, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds. Feehan is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last five games he's played. Austin Mbuyi was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
Meanwhile, Dundalk was able to grind out a solid win over Hereford on Friday, taking the game 56-45.
Kenwood's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Dundalk, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.
Kenwood didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Dundalk when the teams last played back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 59-55 victory. Will Kenwood repeat their success, or does Dundalk have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
