Meanwhile, Waltrip was beaten by the Yellowjackets 44-16 on Wednesday. Waltrip was already down big by the end of the third quarter and they stayed that way after failing to score in the fourth.
Sharpstown's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Waltrip, their loss dropped their record down to 1-17.
