Despite the loss, Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory still got an impressive performance from Fedrick Pernell, who scored 22 points along with two steals. That was a full 50% of Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Kennedy, who scored ten points.
Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory has not been sharp recently as the team's lost seven of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-10 record this season. As for Bellarmine College Prep, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-11.

As for Bellarmine College Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge the Padres at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
