Considering Union City has won three matchups by more than 21 points this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Leading Union City to victory were Trendon Spence and Conner Walser. Spence scored 12 points along with 5 assists and 3 steals, while Walser scored 17 points along with 6 assists and 4 steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Walser has scored at least 25% of Union City's points. Zackary Fulk was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Despite the defeat, Mississinawa Valley saw an underclassman step up: Cing Scott scored 8 points.
