Lauren Steiner posted a new career-high in stolen bases on Tuesday. She scored three runs and stole four bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Considering she played a big game the last time she faced off against Hillside back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock.

Steiner and East Chapel Hill will venture away from home to face off against Carrboro at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wildcats got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Jaguars thanks in part to Steiner: she went a perfect 4-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI.
