Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Payne Tech). They breezed by the Bard Early College Raptors to the tune of 66-34 on Thursday. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey basketball rankings (they are ranked 108th, while the Raptors are ranked 240th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Payne Tech now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Bard Early College, they now have a losing record at 4-5.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Payne Tech Lions challenge the Arts Jaguars at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Bard Early College does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
