The Iberia Rangers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Versailles 74-11 on the road. The result was nothing new for Iberia, who have now won four games by 24 points or more so far this season.
Iberia's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Acelyn Bauer, who scored 15 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Edwards, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and six steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Iberia and bumps their season record up to 6-3. As for Versailles, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.
Iberia is on the road again on Saturday and play against Otterville at 12:00 p.m. on December 16th. Versailles will be home for the holidays to greet Vienna at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
