The Littlestown Thunderbolts will look to defend their home field  on Monday against the Biglerville Canners at 4:15  p.m. Both teams come into the  contest bolstered by wins in their previous  matches.
 Littlestown can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game  on Friday. They never let Fairfield onto the board and left with  a   10-0  win.
  Ryan Jones was a standout: he scored four  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-3.  Brandon Clabaugh was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Biglerville narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past Kennard-Dale  8-6.
  Bo Forney and  Aiden Hoffman did most of the damage at the plate:  Forney  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4, while  Hoffman  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nolan Miller, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 The  win  got Littlestown back to even at 1-1. As for Biglerville, their victory  ended  a  three-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 2-0.
 Everything went Littlestown's way against Biglerville in their previous meeting  back in March of 2023 as Littlestown made off with  a  9-3 win. Does  Littlestown have another victory up their sleeve, or will Biglerville turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
