It was a good run, but Pioneer Charter School of Science unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Wednesday. They came up short against the Mystic Valley Regional Eagles, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-6, 25-12.

Pioneer Charter School of Science now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Mystic Valley Regional, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

Looking ahead, Pioneer Charter School of Science will face off against Prospect Hill Academy at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mystic Valley Regional, they will host Whittier RVT at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
