The Bonnabel Bruins posted their biggest victory yet this season on Friday. They blew past King Charter, posting a 55-11 victory on the road. This was payback for Bonnabel, who suffered a 54-37 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Anaiah Perry continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 22 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Bonnabel's points. Sumaya Liban was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Bonnabel's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-12. As for King Charter, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-12.
Bonnabel will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Warren Easton at 6:00 p.m. on January 16th. As for King Charter, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against L.W. Higgins at 6:00 p.m.
