They breezed by Klamath Union at home  to the tune of  50-7. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Challengers just coasted through the last quarter.
  Caleb Scaglione had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 159 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 39 receiving yards. Those 159  rushing yards gave  him a new career-high.  Deryk Farmer was another key player, rushing for 58 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries.
 He was just one part of a punishing run game: Cascade Christian was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 305  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.

 Meanwhile, Phoenix and North Valley met for a duel  on Friday where Phoenix couldn't get it done. Phoenix was  outmatched by North Valley at home  and fell  28-0. The Pirates haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
 Cascade Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Phoenix, they now also have a losing record at 2-3.
 Everything came up roses for Cascade Christian against Phoenix when the teams last played  back in October of 2023, as the  team secured  a  49-0 win. Does  Cascade Christian have another victory up their sleeve, or will Phoenix turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
